Estar Seguro (Be Sure)

I believe most of you know that I attended the NAR Convention “NardiGras”, in New Orleans just a couple of weeks ago. Amazing! Did the drive down and the drive back. Back in June, I was also in attendance at the CRS Convention in Las Vegas. Outstanding!

The main focus from both events that I came back with is a NEED for EVERYONE TO GET BACK TO THE BASICS! Top agents from around the country, speakers, trainers and RE gurus such as; David Knox, Steve Harney, Walter Sanford and Jack O’Conner. STRESSED a NEED to get back in front of people. They may not be buyers or sellers yet but position yourself for that time to come! ASK them if they know anyone you can offer your services to now in the short term.

Google these fellas. They all have free samples that you can take a look at and see if there is anything that interests you and maybe strikes a chord!?!?

Education, Education and More Education!

Continue to educate yourself. Stay current and stay up to date on the current events that are happening. FYI… We will be increasing our educational offerings in 2011, right here at MSO!

Practice your skills and techniques that you already possess. Refine and update your marketing materials, update ALL of your online profiles, bios and resume etc…

Don’t sit back and grumble. Quit complaining! You control only ONE thing and that ONE thing is the “Noise Between Your Ears!” Let our competitors do that! Get out there and keep working hard on improving your skills and attitudes. Folks, we DON’T CONTROL the market but we darn sure can CONTROL WHAT WE DO IN THIS MARKET!

“Estar Seguro!”
